Rules and Regulations

Lodging

Check-In: 1:00 p.m.  |  Check-Out: 12:00 p.m. 

Site assignments are subject to change. 

Please check in at the office upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, check the brochure rack by the front door for your specific brochure with your site assignment. 

Late check out is available by request only. Request must be submitted in advance, and approval is based on availability. 

Guests who remain on their site after their check-out time, without advanced approval, are subject to additional charges. 

Occupancy Guidelines

Maximum of 6 guests per RV site. 

Children under 6 years old are not included in maximum guest per site count. 

Campsites are assigned by park staff. Please do not change sites without approval from staff. 

Vehicles

A 5 mph speed limit within the park is strictly enforced for safety purposes and to keep dust at a minimum. 

Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.

All RVs must be RVIA-certified and in safe, operable condition. Vehicles are subject to inspection and approval, at management’s discretion. 

One habitable and two non-habitable vehicles (space permitting) are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways. 

Extra vehicles may be allowed, subject to availability and management approval. 

Working on vehicles is prohibited. 

Habitable vehicles may be washed onsite with advanced approval. Non-habitable vehicles may not be washed onsite. 

Pet Policy

Non-aggressive pets are welcome here at no additional charge.

Pets must be in control and kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times. 

Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. 

All Seasons RV Park is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by pets. In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. 

Do not leave pets unattended. 

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle or collection area. 

Guests must be able to provide proof of vaccination upon request by management. 

Pets are prohibited in the following spaces: restrooms, laundry, and the playground. 

Well-behaved pets may visit the office with their owners, given that they are on a leash or held. 

Do not feed, or keep, outside cats. 

Security

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. 

Keep your valuables and bikes locked up. 

Code of Conduct

Please keep your campsite tidy and litter-free.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. 

Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with park rules. 

Please be courteous to other guests around you. 

Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. 

Profanity, violence, or inconsideration toward guests and park personnel will not be tolerated. 

Discharge of firearms or fireworks is prohibited. 

Please follow all applicable laws regarding firearms.

Site Amenities

Please report any issues with your site to the Front Desk. For after-hour assistance, please call 316-722-1154

Sewer: All sewer connections must have an airtight seal as required by state and federal law. 

Electric: Plug your RV power cord in firmly without leaving space between the plug and the chosen receptacle. Turn on the appropriate power breaker after the plug has been inserted. Unless marked otherwise, turn power breaker OFF before disconnecting your plug from the receptacle when departing. 

Water: We recommend the use of a water pressure regulator. 

Please bring all trash to the dumpsters located at the front of the park. 

Wood-burning fire pits are allowed, if screened. 

Guest-owned propane fire pits are permitted if they are used at least 10 feet away from vehicles and structures. 

If you move a picnic table, please return to its original location after use. 

Do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter. 

Flags: Current nation, state, provenance, sports team, military and college affiliated flags are permitted. Political party flags, confederate flags, or flags containing profanity are prohibited. 

No campaign, ballot, or political signs. 

Nature

Do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the park.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for inclement weather. 

No refunds given for reservations terminated due to rule violations.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation with advance notice. Severe, multiple or repeated rule violations are grounds for removal from the campground. No refunds are given for reservations terminated due to rule violations. 

Should park management not enforce any provision of these policies, it shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights to enforce against future breaches, and it shall not constitute a modification of these policies.
